/1 french toast breakfast delivered to my room just like the old days/2 my present from mom and dad that i can’t stop staring at/3 little brother washing my car, his gift to me/4 homemade vanilla cake with pineapple filling/5 some more of the birthday goods/6 birthday wishes from all my facebook friends, thanks for the smiles.
I’ve mentioned a few times that I’m not really into alot of holidays, except the big ones like Thanksgiving and Christmas…but I do love birthdays. Sure the presents are fun and the cake is yummy but I really love the meaning behind a birthday. I love that everyone has at least one day a year where they are celebrated; where people wish them “Happy Birthday'” and basically say, “I’m glad you’re here.” As far as birthdays go, today was a good one, I smiled alot.
