oh happy day

for me Resurrection Sunday is always a beautiful day but it helps when it falls on a day as lovely as today. us roommates decided to take advantage of the glorious weather and get some roommie pics  {emily jumps on tori’s back. tori is wearing 5 inch spikes on her feet and has no balance. emily falls off, tori almost breaks an ankle} then these fantastic gentlemen, aka the best home teachers ever, stopped by. em and i have a deep love for these two, not only are the funny guys but they bring us fun things like flowers/cards on valentines day and an entire cleaning bucket full of candy and toys for easter. also, they’re pretty strong. i skyped with the family back in mass and got to meet the new addition…our little bruschi, i am so in love. not too much longer until i’m back with some of the coolest people i know…literally counting the days. eating…there was losts of eating. since being a college student i have missed easter at home all three years, the past two i’ve had friends with families nice enough to invite me over. this year was different, we got some friends together and put on our own feast…and i think we did a pretty amazing job; as good an easter dinner as i could ask for. again the weather was fantastic so to the park we went. swinging on swings, hanging upside down, and failing at throwing playing frisbee…all good ways to spend the afternoon ‘twas a most glorious and relaxing day. tomorrow officially begins the home stretch in my mind; 3 days of classes, reading days, finals and then i’m home free. so close yet so far. bring it on!
