The Most Wonderful Time of Year

I know that for most people Christmas season starts the day after Thanksgiving. And that’s cool I guess but for me it starts when the month of December begins…TODAY! So in honor of this day here’s a little Christmas time questionnaire:

Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? I already don’t like this…I guess I’ll go wit egg nog because hot chocolate I can get anytime but egg nog is seasonal

Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Depends on the present but most of them get wrapped in his special Santa paper

Colored lights on tree/house or white? I like the white ones

Do you hang mistletoe? Never have

When do you put your decorations up? Whenever we get around to it

What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? Nana’s Christmas Morning French Toast Caserole

How and When did you learn the truth about Santa? If you don’t believe you don’t receive

Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yup!

How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? Like most other people I would guess…

Snow! Love it or Dread it? I love it as it falls. I also loved how it looks when it has gone completely untouched

Can you ice skate? Not very well

What's the most important thing about the holidays for you? Family

What is your favorite holiday dessert? this is a mean question…I love them all and always eat a little bit of everything

What tops your tree? In my apartment, a scarecrow. At home an angel.

Which do you prefer giving or receiving? I do not prefer. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t like gifts. But I also love giving them and the anticipation as someone opens their gift from you.

What is your favorite Christmas movie? Elf…and I love It’s A Wonderful Life

What is your favorite Christmas song? “Mary Did You Know?” and Celine Dion’s entire These Are Special Times album
